my husband and i really don’t like broccoli, i have been trying to think of an alternative but have had no luck. i’m new to this.. at the end it says place in meal prep containers and in the nutrition facts it says servings per container is 4? i am so sorry for all the questions – i have never done anything meal prep before. i love these breakfast foods and have good intentions of making them, only to run out of time to do it in the morning. so to do two meals, i would just cut the recipe in half, right? but there are resources out there to create your own label for free, if that’s what you’re looking for. and meal prep for breakfast is genius!
i hope you are able to help. emma, nutritional information is actually provided only for select and new recipes at this time. however, if you would like to make changes to a specific recipe, i recommend using free online resources at your discretion (you can google “nutritional calculator”) to obtain such information. i keep these in the fridge for 3-4 days, and i reheat for 1-2 minutes, or until heated through. ???? but i’m with you – i love this food prep trend. but, i can see how you could prefer to wash all the pans everyday; i guess. i’d have never thought of broccoli for breakfast but just think of all the treats i could get away with later in the day because, well, i did have broccali for breakfast. if i make one portion more, it would serve me just fine for my office brunch; needless to say : photos are heavenly good and inviting.
