i simply pouered it over the brownies when they were fifteen minutes to being done and stuck them back into the oven for 15 more minutes. i followed the suggestions regarding the sour cream and sugar and they were perfect. i’m not sure what the other reviewers meant about the texture of the nilla wafers…they seem to form a great crust and i didn’t do anything to them. i make this recipe all the time and have gotten rave reviews. i substituted some sour cream for about 1/4 of the cream cheese, and it was excellent. the wafers i bought seemes so small inthe muffin cups, so i crushed them slightly to cover the bottom – more than one to a cup. great recipe but i had a little trouble with the baking. i added some blueberry and cherry pie filling with mint to garnish. i topped them with the cherry pie filling like in the picture and they were so pretty. i followed the suggestions of others and added 1 cup of sour cream and 1/4 more cup of sugar. i used the same amount of sugar and halved the recipe and it was delicious and easy. i placed a chocolate chip in the center of each and was hoping it would melt into it some, but it didn’t.
