the perfect solution when you need a quick and easy dessert – made in just a little over an hour! and then i got the answer in two words!!! i have to admit that chocolate pie was not that often on the menu, so for that reason, i made a little internet reasearch. i’m waiting for the chocolate mixture to cool before folding it all together and popping it in the oven. i want to make this now but it’s raining and i don’t want to go to the store. you used the wrong milk, chocolate, and sugar and call it a bad recipe? i don’t get substituting everything in the pie and then saying it wasn’t very good either.

this is rich, smooth and utterly decadent, similar to the inside of a silky chocolate truffle, not the consistency of a brownie. i made this for christmas and it got excellent reviews. made this last night for some friends that came over for dinner and it was a hit. i have made it a dozen times and it is a hit every time. i forgot to add that i use a ready made pie crust and just roll it into my pie plate. so far, i made chocolate fudge pie and french silk […] looks and sounds so very good. i used 70% lindell chocolate, special dark cocoa powder and it was very rich and delicious! i am vera, the food blogger behind oh my goodness chocolate desserts.
