my daughter and i stopped by to get a quick first look at what diners could expect. it looked like a pretty simple turnkey operation and a space that was perfect for the easy egg to take over. the staff was all over the place, taking care of everything and looking like they had been in that space for years. we kept our order very simple for the first day.
