i like to place the cooled muffins on a baking tray and place this in the freezer for about an hour. i have also tested them with cutting out a teaspoon of the baking powder and they still work perfectly, so the recipe has been changed to the lesser amount. do you mind if i post photos of them and a link to here on my blog? ???? i made these this morning and they are fabulous! i made these for the people at the veterinary practice where i apprentice at and they loved them and the mufffins turned out fabulous!!! i wanted a cinnamon muffin that wasn’t too sweet and not too heavy on the cinnamon. thank you i was making these muffins and when i was putting the batter in the muffin tin, i thought it looked a bit thin. i looked up the ingredients in a calorie counter and if you make 15 muffins with all of the ingredients, they come out at about 190 calories each! i adjusted the temperature to celsius and reduced by 20 as i have a fan oven. it is me ricky my mom did the the first half of the message the muffins were amazing even though they were even better with glazing on them i cannot eat egg so i made this with egg replacer and it worked great! my family didn’t know they were gf and df until i told them after they approved the results. i make these muffins for my mom and she loves them so much! i made them and had to remake them because they were eaten within a day, i highly recommend this recipe really tasty and easy. i was looking for a muffin recipe that’s not to sweet and this was perfect!
i am a beginner baker (aka i suck at baking) and these muffins are so simple to make but taste amazing. i made them after not feeling well from a cold but needing to make some breakfast for me and my toddler and even not feeling well they were quick and easy. i made this recipe for my mom. i subbed the milk with oat milk as my daughter has allergies and they came out lovely. i want to sincerely thank the person who made this recipe. i tried this recipe based on the fact that i mostly had cinnamon and not much else for a fun recipe. also i will try them without the sugar on top and replace with a drizzle of icing. but these muffins are delicious, moist, and i love the topping. 4 tsps is a lot and i made the first batch and had to throw it out because of the bitterness. i thought it was a really good idea to put the cinnamon on top of the muffins. this recipe is amazing i had like a million and shared them with my neighbours, it was so easy to make put looked great in the end! i filled the muffin tins a bit too much though and they came out deformed but they were still super yummy nonetheless!! i didn’t use the sugar topping but the muffins themselves are great; moist, fluffy and so easy to make! i used a scale to measure the ingredients and did not make any substitutions.
